Welcome to the AP Writers 2009 Podcast. The cover art for this podcast features the work of James Koehnline. James is a member of the Lost Book Club Museum, a group of artists who work with text and image artifacts to create works connected by a common theme: The deconstruction and re-imagining of books and book culture in a post-literate age. For their final project, these students have re-imagined the works they’ve enjoyed this year. This age may be termed “post-literature,” but these AP students demonstrate that works of literature remain important and relevant.
Podcast Summary
Join me as I journey into the world of podcasting with my students at Morris Hills High School. Each episode will feature increasing levels of sophistication as we share our reading and writing on the web. I began the podcast series with my creative writing students. Recently, I've begun to add podcasts written and recorded by my AP literature students. We love the Rode Podcaster microphone!
